Never share contact details — no exceptions
Sharing your phone number, WhatsApp, email, or Instagram, or asking a seller to take payment off-platform, leads to an immediate ban.
Leaving the platform is also how scams happen. Once money moves outside PurvX, you have no recourse if the item never arrives or isn't what you paid for.
There's no reason to leave. Sellers can add more photos and videos directly to their listing, answer any questions you have in chat, and clarify every detail before you buy. Everything you need is here, and your Purchase Protection stays intact.

Every listing shows a flag and location. The shipping fee shown covers domestic delivery within the seller's country only.
Buying from an overseas seller? Message them before checkout with your city, country, and postal code. The seller will confirm whether they ship internationally and update the listing with the correct shipping fee. Then you can check out. Do not check out on the domestic rate for an international order.
International deliveries may take 2–4 weeks. Customs duties and import taxes are set by your country's government. Neither PurvX nor the seller controls them, and they are not included in the item price.

Most items are final sale
Sellers are individuals, not stores. Read measurements and condition notes carefully before buying. Disputes for "changed my mind" or fit aren't covered. Only items that don't arrive or aren't as described are eligible.

Be respectful with offers
Check if the listing is marked as negotiable before making an offer. Asking for 50% off without context isn't welcomed. Sellers set prices thoughtfully and will simply not respond to lowball offers. Repeated lowballing can get your account restricted.

Claiming a donation (PurvX Share)?
Donations are pickup only. PurvX has no warehouses or drop-off points. Always check the item location before claiming and confirm you can collect locally from the donor.
